Overview
AI Visibility Audit helps you understand how AI might interpret your site. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your basic choices. We keep it short on purpose.
Account data
If you create an account, we process information needed to run the product—typically identifiers and email from our authentication provider (Supabase), plus profile and credit balance data stored in our database to operate your workspace.
URLs and audit inputs
When you run an audit, we process the website URL you submit and related content our systems can fetch or that you paste for manual audits. That data is used to generate reports and may be stored as audit history tied to your account where applicable.
Audit data
Report outputs (scores, summaries, queries, structured results) may be stored so you can view them in the dashboard. We use this to provide the service, not to sell your audit content to third parties for advertising.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies needed for authentication sessions (e.g., staying logged in). Essential cookies are required for the app to function.
Analytics
We may use basic analytics to understand product usage and reliability. If we add third-party analytics, we will aim to configure them in a privacy-conscious way and update this page.
Payments (PayPal)
Purchases of audit credits are processed by PayPal. We receive payment confirmation and identifiers needed to fulfill your order. We do not store your full card details on our servers; payment data is handled by PayPal under their terms and privacy policy.
AI processing (OpenAI)
To generate reports, we send relevant prompts and normalized page context to OpenAI APIs. OpenAI processes that data under their policies. Your use of the product means you accept that this processing is part of delivering AI visibility analysis.
Security
We use industry-standard practices we consider appropriate for an early-stage SaaS: encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on infrastructure, and separation of secrets from client code. No method of storage is 100% secure.
Retention and deletion
We retain data as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data where applicable; some records may be retained for billing, security, or compliance in aggregated or minimal form.
